I think you need to talk to the zooomr team for that!

I used to be on OpenID and sent emails to support to get that changed as it never seemed to let me in or would log me out all to frequently. Those requests, sadly, were totally ignored. I was able to reset my account myself via the Settings and Password pages. I changed my username and password, then I was able to login using these new credentials. It's a feature if you like the behavior, a bug if not!
