Tópico: Best way to upload large collection?

I have a large collection of images (multiple gigabytes) that I would like to transfer to Zooomr. What would be the best way to do this?
I am working on OSX, so everything Mac or Unix should work.
Currently the files are folder based, so automatically creating and using a similar structure would be nice.
A must would be to control upload speed, tools like PictureSync do not seem to support this?
I noticed juploadr but support seems to have stopped in 2007?

You may have to dig around in the config file for the bandwidth limitation though.
